Spring cleaning for Nashville
Ok, not the city of Nashville – it’s great the way it is. But our website that brags about how great Nashville is was in need of some sprucing up.
Fun fact: Vanderbilt’s Nashville site was the very first site we moved into our content management system, OmniUpdate, in June of 2010. We’ve come a long way, baby! For this latest refresh, we moved the Nashville site into the latest version of our templates, found some more up-to-date and gorgeous photos of our fair city, updated the design, re-wrote some of the content and gave the site some of the oomph that it deserved.
One fun new feature we added is a feed from our partners in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. They do a regular series, Know Your City, about all of Nashville’s (or Nowville‘s, if you prefer) great neighborhoods. It’s a fun read whether you just moved here, are planning a visit or even if you’re one of those rare natives (like me).
